Owner and Exec Tullio Rosano came to the U.S. from Naples with a dream of sharing his passion for the food of his region. Acquapazza “crazy water” is a traditional preparation of Naples fishermen who simmered their catch of the day with cherry tomatoes, parsley, garlic and Mediterranean sea water.… Other Rosano family recipes include homemade gnocchi.Tullio fuses elements of Naples with the best pantry in the world, California.
