Saratoga's most exciting new… restaurant operated by Jim and Franco Rua. The Rua family restaurants have been Capital Region favorites for more than 35 years. Outdoor seating. Ideally located next to Congress Park. Already regarded as one of the area's finest restaurants, and a local favorite.Franco and I love the cuisine of Napoli and it's people. We have visited the Campania region many times and are delighted to present Capriccio Saratoga as our tribute to Napoli, an exciting city filled with love, sunshine, great conviviality and fabulous food.
