Our mission at Ciao is to provide every customer with a unique and satisfying dining experience. Ciao is a warm intimate Italian inspired restaurant. One of Long Branch’s favorite dining destinations. Our staff is friendly, courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. Chef Mitchell Shenkers… cuisine is inspired by his love and passion for food and wine. The food is inspired seasonally and utilizes local products as much as posssible.  After working in the food and wine industry for the last 20 years, Chef Mitchell Shenker and his wife Mindy have fullfilled their lifelong dream of owning their own restaurant.
