Copper Canyon is the official restaurant of the Blue Bay Inn. Offering incredible southwestern cuisine and a tequila bar like no other, this award winning venue is most famously known for its pasilla pepper steak, crab cakes, and signature margaritas!A 2011 James Beard nominee,… chef and owner, Michael Krikorian keeps things fresh and creative with amazing flavors in every dish. A superior tequila bar with over 150 tequilas also allows for unique flights and tequila tastings regularly. Tequila Dinners are a great way to try both the incredible food and some fine tequilas specifically paired with one another. Still no sign on the door, 14 years later, Copper Canyon has built and maintained this business by word of mouth. Only horseshoes on the doors let you know that you have arrived at the one and only Copper Canyon.
