Fearing’s Restaurant opened at The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas in August 2007 and was named No. 1 in Hotel Dining by Zagat’s 2009 U.S. Hotels, Resorts, and Spas Survey just 15 months later. Its continued recognition can largely be attributed to the lively personality and flavorful menus of Chef Dean… Fearing. With his “Elevated American Cuisine – Bold Flavors, No Borders†and Texas’ fresh farm-to-table ingredients, Fearing has created an indoor-outdoor culinary experience that is like no other in Dallas.
