We feature mesquite wood grilling and offer Denver's largest seafood selection with over 30 varieties of fish served boneless, live Maine lobster, Alaskan king crab legs as well as mouth watering prime rib, steaks and pasta. Our Black Pearl oyster bar hosts a Happy Hour Mon thru Sat. Enjoy a specialty martin, ice cold draft beer & fresh shucked oysters. Proof NiteClub. Open Thursday through Saturday. "Where Denver Comes To Dance" next to the Fresh Fish Company. The Proof caters to the thirty and over crowd and we play all the dance hits from the 70's, 80's, 90's, and now with the hottest videos and video screens in Denver.Friday happy hour from 5 to 8 pm. This includes a free baron of beef dinner buffet, with $3.00 you call it well, wine, or domestic beer for all. We have a one drink minimum requirement. Saturday nights, we open at 8 pm with no cover until 9, one free appetizer per person from 8 to 9.
