About Greenwich Project

Greenwich Project is The Project Group's third New York City venue. The intimate chic 74-seat townhouse offers two dining styles, allowing diners to frequent for any occasion. The downstairs is home to the grazing crowd serving small, unique plates such as Tuna Tartare with citrus tapioca and the "O…dd Couple," crispy sweetbreads, snails and bacon. The warm brick-walled room features a sleek white bar, burnt-orange colored banquets, and a rotating roster of artwork. The upstairs level features plush and cozy coffee-colored banquets, well-spaced tables, low-lit chandeliers and white-washed brick add to the room's exclusive feel. Menu offerings are comprised of signature dishes including preludes such as Poached Lobster with grits and lobster-chocolate jus, and a Peekytoe Crab Salad with citrus textures. Mains include 35-Day Dry Aged Lamb Loin with curry goat cheese yogurt and Basques, Scallops with salsify, morels, foie gras sabayon and Lobster Cavatelli with leeks and crawfish.
