In Japanese, the word hachi means bee...as in Jim Bee, the chef & owner of Hachi's Kitchen in Logan Square. Jim is well known throughout Chicago for his innovation, dedication & artfulness in the realm of sushi. For twenty-four years, he has has been serving the freshest and highest quality seafood… to his patrons at Sai Cafe in Lincoln Park.
