Hunter's is a creative endeavor born of the belief that a seasonal cuisine takes advantage of the rich flavors around us that make our neighborhood and city unique. This partnership between Chef Angelo Schifilliti, formerly Executive Chef at Landmarc Tribeca, and his one time Sous Chef Michael Nee… focuses on perfecting an intimate menu in an even more intimate setting. This Brooklyn restaurant's driving force is the hunt for ingredients, tastes and ideas that transcend the ordinary dining experience. The interior was redesigned to create a rustic and warm neighborhood vibe and return the cozy space to its brick and tin origins. Vintage woodland creature prints line the near wall opposite the bar. The steel-pipe shelving behind the bar holds slabs of Alaskan Cedar reclaimed from a New York water tower.
