We bring to New York Tusc-Mex cuisine, a combination of Tuscan and Mexican home cooking. These two cuisines complement each other in an exciting new blend. Our menu offers a rich variety of choices, from standards such as pasta and quesadillas to the chefs’ fusion creations that introduce new herbs… and condiments to each tradition. At Matilda’s expect to find the friendly atmosphere of a Tuscan “trattoria” or a Mexican “restaurante familiar”, in a playful but stylish setting that is fully dedicated to the chefs’ daughter and the blending of two cultures.A string of words in Italian, Spanish and Matilda’s parlance, envelops the dining space to celebrate what binds the creators of Matilda: the love for food, diversity and family.
