Located in a quiet neighborhood above beautiful Poipu Beach, Casa di Amici Restaurant has been preparing our wonderful cuisine for over 23 years. The menu is about 20% classic Italian and the rest is international-ecclectic and very cross cultural cuisine. The use of organic greens and vegetables… grown on the island help create a unique dining experience. Chef Randall Yates loves to use rissoto as a component in many dishes with influences from Spain, Thailand, China, Mexico,France,as well as Italy.
