Enotria Restaurant and Wine Bar is proud to offer a seasonally inspired menu featuring ingredients from the local bounty of Sacramento. As one of Sacramento's most exciting and creative chefs, culinary master Pajo Bruich displays his unique talent with creative flavor profiles and seasonal, locally… farmed sourced ingredients. Enotria proudly offers multiple options for dining to our guests. Our main dining room features two exciting Chefs Tasting Menus that change weekly. Additionally, Enotria provides a lively dining experience in our Wine Bar. We offer a selection of a la carte options that feature some of our favorite dishes from our tasting menu, in house charcuterie, artisanal cheeses and more. (Please note that a la carte dining options are only available in the Wine Bar.)
