Highlights are: Oven roasted, andouille encrusted monchong, Fennel dusted Japanese mero seabass, Wood fire grilled Certified Angus Beef® ribeye steak or Wood fire grilled Navarino elk tenderloin. In the lounge, Hinterland offers a more bar friendly menu featuring Kobe beef sliders with garlic French fries; chicken pad thai; Baja fish tacos; and elk meatloaf with mashed potatoes.
