We are proud to announce Anjou Restaurant, now open at The Township at Colony Park. Anjou offers a casual yet classic bistro dining experience featuring the fresh and vibrant comfort foods of France. The Proprietor is Anne Amelot-Holmes, a native of La Ferte Bernard, France. Anne came to the United… States twenty years ago and has overseen some of the Jackson area's top restaurants. Anne's father, Christian Amelot, is Executive Chef. Chef Amelot trained at Savoie Leman and has helmed kitchens throughout France and the United States, including time as the Executive Chef for the French Foreign Ministry.Along with our dining room, Anjou offers a full bar, a lake-side patio, and private rooms that can seat up to 60 guests. We are open for lunch, dinner, and Sunday brunch. We look forward to serving you!
