About Blue Plate
The Blue Plate opened December of 2007 and instantly gained a following of tourist and locals alike. Recently, we grew out of our small space and moved to a larger location and expanded the menu. Located just down the hill from Beaver Creek you can enjoy Schnitzel everyday, all natural Colorado… steaks, fondue, and the numerous popular dishes Chef Adam serves up that have been a staple to the Vail Valley.
