Drawing on influences from Italy, Spain and France, the menu is innovative, ingredient-driven and flavorful, pleasing… even the most sophisticated palate. Menus change with the seasons to take advantage of locally sourced ingredients, fresh fish, meat and game as they become available. Chef Richard Langston and his team create daily specials, adding to the variety of choices for both lunch and dinner.
