The iconic leopard carpet and hand-painted ceiling remain, with new window and wall treatments, high gloss black shutters, punkah fans, banquette seating, plenty of mirrors… and crystal, and new black granite tables. Executive Chef Gerard Coughlin uses only the freshest ingredients, from prime beef to fish, seafood, and produce locally sourced whenever possible, to create delicious dishes that satisfy every taste. Open throughout the day and night with breakfast, lunch, traditional English afternoon tea, dinner and dessert presented with attentive personal service according to our standard, "No request too large, no detail too small."
