Originally an operating grain mill, Tuscarora Mill has maintained the rustic interior & charm of the mill. Chef Patrick Dinh’s seasonal menus use the freshest of local produce.… Signature dishes include Sesame Roasted Salmon, Roasted Lamb Chops & Portuguese-style Rockfish.
