Mille's is urban casual café & banquet facility. Located in historic downtown Springfield with the feel of the big city in a century old building with high ceilings & bold, beautiful colors. Close to the theatre nightclub district. Mille's menu features an American & International fusion & boasts… over 100 menu items that is sure to please any palate, from Salmon steamed in parchment paper, slow roasted Prime Rib, & Chicken Marsala to Honey Pecan Chicken Salad, Burgers, Quesadillas, to Chocolate Truffle torte. Mille's Pavilion & banquet rooms offers the opportunities to host your special event.
