With a nod to the restaurant’s history and an eye to its future, our recent renovation introduces modern design, but maintains Red Star’s historic foundation and pioneering spirit – imagine Old West meets contemporary American design. The glow from the rotisserie and wood-burning oven warms the… open dining room, creating an inspired and intimate space. Executive Chef Kyle Rourke's menus features fresh Northwest cuisine that pays homage to the American culinary spirit. A broad selection of roasted meats and heirloom vegetables anchor the dinner menu, showcasing Oregon’s culinary abundance by focusing on locally-sourced produce in a variety of contemporary American dishes.
