About Chifa

CHIFA, inspired by the unique hybrid of Peruvian and Cantonese cuisine found in Peru, the menu engages a broad range of Latin and Asian influences.When Chinese workers came to Peru in the late 19th century, they brought their cuisine with them. Over the years, they adapted their foods… to work with Peruvian ingredients incorporated with native South American cooking techniques.
