About Rob's Bistro
In December of 2009, chef-owner Robert Ubhaus opened Rob's Bistro, a French Bistro located in the heart of downtown Madison. Rob's Bistro uses fresh local ingredients to create our dishes; including Seared Fresh Foie Gras, Cheese & Charcuterie Platter, Moules Frites, Duck Confit, Day… Boat Scallops, Mousse au Chocolat & Creme Brulee. In addition to our brunch, lunch & dinner services, we also offer on and off premise catering for any event, including holiday parties, cocktail receptions, showers, rehearsals & weddings.
