Nestled between the Italian greats and trendy newcomers that are making Nolita New York's latest dining destination is The Pan American, an eye-catching newcomer whose new and fresh take on the very concept of "American" is as exciting as their funky-chic digs. Behind the concept is owner Fernando… Riquelme (from Rosa Mexicana, Mesa Grill and Pampano), inspired largely by the communal Latin sentiment that South American cuisine is just as American as what we eat traditionally here in the States.
