The approach to The… Restaurant at JUSTIN is majestic as the final sweeping turn reveals the rugged Santa Lucia range and our restaurant, of traditional Mas Provinçale design, nestled within our vineyards. This extraordinary landscape sets the bar unusually high for our patron’s dining expectations. We have exceeded that challenge in both culinary adventure and in the range and depth of our Wine Spectator Award of Excellence Wine List. Executive Chef Will Torres takes full advantage of “farm to table†local offerings including produce and herbs from our own Chef’s Garden.
