The Terrace Chef-Crafted Hawaiian Cuisine features a spontaneous, casual dining ambiance that is simple and elegant with a design focused on combining traditional plantation style with modern accents. Anchored by the cuisine of Executive Chef, John Zaner, the menu is focused on fresh, unique and… innovative culinary delicacies with a strong Hawaiian influence.
