In addition to signature dishes like our Pierre's Salad and our Oysters and Langoustine, Twist offers premium Steaks and Chops perfectly prepared including Texas Mishima Ranch Wagyu Beef Filet and USDA Prime Rib Eye. Vegetarian, Vegan and Gluten-Free menus are available to be tailored by your request. Please note Twist is closed on Sunday and Monday evenings.
