About What The Pho
Pho has been described as the "National Dish of Vietnam." At What the Pho! Restaurants, we could not agree more. Our pho broth is a meticulous twelve-hour process. We use fresh, quality beef bones, whole sides of brisket and flank, traditional herbs, aromatic vegetables and skinless chicken breasts… to develop our savory broths. However, our menu does not end there. We also offer a variety of delicious appetizers, flavorful stir-fry dishes and traditional grilled meats with rice and vermicelli noodles.
