About Blue Hill at Stone Barns
Sourcing ingredients from the surrounding fields and pasture as well as other local farms, Blue Hill at Stone Barns highlights the abundant resources of the Hudson Valley. There are no menus at Blue Hill at Stone Barns; instead, the restaurant offers multi-course farmers' feast based on the day's… harvest (and the diner). Farmer's Feast Tasting Menu: 12 courses $208 pp/ 8 courses $148 pp / 5 courses $108 pp. Special menus and pricing may apply for holidays. Please call for further details. Elegant attire. Jackets and ties are preferred for gentlemen. Shorts are not allowed in the restaurant or on the terrace. Flash photography is not permitted in the main dining room. Phone reservations can be made up to two months prior to the calendar date, and through Open Table up to 60 days.
