Executive Chef James London (Niko, The Crow's Nest) makes dining a “creative exercise” by… combining inventive Japanese-American cuisine with an authentic New York experience that indulges your soul, as much as your appetite. CO-OP pairs high quality interpretations of modern Japanese and American cuisine with an extensive selection of sushi, sashimi, and other raw items overseen by sushi chef Rio Yonathan (Megu, Sushi Nouvean, Morimoto). Drinks at CO-OP are just as much a culinary adventure as the food. Master Mixologist Max Petrich, visits local markets to source the best vegetables, fruits, and herbs to utilize in our seasonal cocktails and infusions. CO-OP also serves a full list of wines, microbrews and sakes.
