John DeLucie is the Chef Proprietor of Bill's Food & Drink, Crown, and The Lion in New York City. The highly anticipated Bill's Food & Drink is now open in Manhattan’s Midtown and will feature hearty American cuisine. Crown opened in September 2011 and is located on Manhattan’s Upper East Side… and features Continental cuisine. The Lion opened in May 2010 and is located in Manhattan's West Village and features a menu consistent with the Chef himself; classic American with undeniable Italian influences. Chef DeLucie is also Chef & Partner of the Royal Raleigh Hotel in South Beach, and the Founding Chef of The Waverly Inn in Manhattan's Greenwich Village.
