Catherine Lombardi was the grandmother of owner Mark Pascal. Pascal, part owner of Stage Left Restaurant, brings his signature obsession with quality local ingredients to the cuisine of his youth. Catherine Lombardi's family came to Brooklyn from Naples. Her cooking was Neapolitan-based and… heavily Brooklyn-influenced. It brought her whole extended family together every Sunday.
