Haven Rooftop has transformed into an intimate ski chalet to offer guests a warm and welcoming refuge from the streets below. High atop the Sanctuary Hotel, the Haven Ski Chalet will transport you to the French Alps right in the heart of Manhattan. Haven's fully tented, heated lounge and new… seasonal menu will help provide a cozy hideaway from this year’s holiday rush. In keeping with the new ambiance, Haven is spicing up this holiday season with expertly crafted drinks including the Apple Cider Martini, Bailey’s Peppermint Hot Cocoa, Candy Cane Martini, Ultimate Irish Coffee, Between the Sheets and Passionate Affairs. Wintery libations are paired perfectly with new hearty & savory dishes such as a decadent Cheese Fondue, and guests are invited to cap off their feast with sweet desserts like Flute Limoncello, Crème Brulee and Coppa Marscapone.
