The cuisine is simple and rustic with a few unusual, although authentically Italian ingredients to add a contemporary and somewhat unexpected spin.Chef Fredy Escobar is committed to use the freshest and the most authentic ingredients resulting in lively, flavorful food. The pizzas are roman style. Thin crust with ingredients like Swiss chard, Calabrian hot peppers, mozzarella di bufala, guanciale, artichokes, prosciutto and home made Italian sausage.Equally a neighborhood and destination eatery, A1 intends to be both.
