The cuisine is simple and rustic with a few unusual, although authentically Italian ingredients to add a contemporary and somewhat unexpected spin.Chef Fredy Escobar is committed to use the freshest and the most authentic ingredients resulting in lively, flavorful food. The pizzas are roman style.
