About Sable Private Dining
Sable's semi-private dining room can accommodate up to 24 guests for a seated function and up to 30 for standing receptions. Guests will enjoy the exceptional food, drinks and atmosphere of Sable in an intimate space available for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Adjacent to this room is a seasonal outdoor patio where guests can mingle before, during or after the main event. With floor to ceiling windows it offers a unique view of the Chicago Skyline.
