It exemplifies the search for unity, restoration and purification of the personal and environmental balance of the earth, The 5th Sun emphasizes healthy fare… such as Glutten free chile,vegan and vegetarian dishes and multi-grain tortillas are available on request. We still manage to serve up traditional dishes, including Chicken mole and spicy green chile, in the spacious, beatifully decorated dining room.
