In Japanese, "chotto" indicates a small unit of measure. An informal term used in a wide variety of casual situations among friends, chotto can mean "a little," "for a moment," "excuse me," or to soften the sound of a request.Chotto's small, shareable plates are crafted using a… combination of Japanese staple ingredients and fresh products from local farms, ranches, and fish markets, prepared using Japanese techniques and cooking methods.Our beverage program is similar to our cuisine in that we will have a selection of "chotto" by the glass drinks. We will feature fresh, unique cocktails made with Japanese sake and shochu, as well as an international selection of wine and beer.
