Flyte's Executive Chef Matthew Lackey incorporates local produce, free-range meats and beautiful presentations into a truly seasonal, farm-to-table menu featuring the best of Tennessee's independent farms. There's even a 20-seat Kitchen Dining Room where you can dine in the midst of the action.
