Inspired by the passion of two famed architects, Frank Lloyd Wright and Albert Chase McArthur, FRANK & ALBERT’S features a pure contemporary version of comfortable classics. Using a host of ingredients from local growers, the chefs have infused a healthier element to some very nostalgic dishes.… Dinner specialties such as Braised Short Ribs with Red Pepper Polenta and Crispy Salmon share billing with classic comfort food like Ketchup Glazed Meatloaf.
