Urban, an American Grill, is located in the Westin at the Domain and serves a comforting menu highlighting local ingredients. Inspired by the flavors and spirits of Texas, our cuisine changes with the seasons but always includes favorites like Chef Bryce's signature meatloaf, loaded mac and cheese,… and our delicious Urban Burger. Other inspired dishes include our Espresso Rubbed Pork Chop with butternut squash risotto and crispy brussel sprouts, Pan Seared Red Fish with fingerling potato crawfish hash and sauce Creole, and the always popular Bar Steak with bourbon shallot butter and house made salt & pepper fries.
