The Mobil Four Star restaurant opened at the Four Seasons Resort Maui in 2001, teaming America’s greatest chef with the world’s finest… hotel group. The Asian-inspired, contemporary designed room is sophisticated, yet relaxed, with carefully selected furnishings that provide both family comfort and romantic evenings both indoors or on the exterior lanai. All of this creates the perfect stage for Chef Cameron Lewark’s brilliant menu, using Hawaii’s premier produce, fish and meats, with the styling that made Spago famous.
